Bitterness

"Bitterness."

It was only a smile not an invitation
but he came with smooth words she wanted to hear.
She was vulnerable and just got out of
a relationship and she wanted someone special so near.
Never taking the me time that she needed
because we all need that time to be on our own.
This is a time of self reflection where
we spend time being with Yah so we're never alone.
Those smooth words turned into a game
the mindset is to get some at any cost.
The true mindset is those who only see a
woman below her waistline are truly lost.
They get into an intimate situation and
he smells blood and moves in for the kill.
Not caring how the words he spoke into
her ears really made her feel.
Now after he has scored the challenge is over
she has been conquered it's time for a new conquest.
So the closeness they once shared is fading
the time spent with her is less and less.
She senses something's wrong and confronts
him only to realize he doesn't care at all.
The plan, the scheme, all the smooth words
were nothing more than an elaborate booty call.
Two strikes and once again her heart is broken
she's disillusioned and a bitterness is growing within.
She feels that all males are after one thing only
they're all Dogs with them and love she can't win.
This is a story that is being played out where a woman
gave her heart but he used that to score some Crack.
It is sad that there are devils out here who will do
or say anything to get a female on her back.
There are many females out here who are bitter
and they will be if they continue to trust in these guys.
They will be bitter since these males can't be honest
with them for like their father satan who straight up lies.
There are a bunch of broken and bitter females out
here who can't trust males and many hate them also.
It is sad that he has them turning to each other for
comfort and has some of them on the Down low.
